The Council of Thinkers is operated by Council of Thinkers Ltd ("we", "us", "our") under the auspices of the AI Conformity Institute (AICI). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.
The platform is available at councilofthinkers.com. The membership platform operates at leagueofthinkers.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at support@councilofthinkers.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All published Council deliberations are freely accessible to the public. No account is required to read published analyses. This is a permanent commitment of the AI Conformity Institute.
Citation, commentary, and criticism of published research is freely permitted, subject to attribution.
All outputs produced through the Council platform — deliberation records, model responses, synthesis reports, vote scores, and methodology metadata — are owned by the AI Conformity Institute.
Members who submit topics grant the Institute a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, archive, and display those topics and the resulting analyses as part of the open research record.
All analysis is generated by AI models and is provided for informational purposes only.
AI-generated analysis does not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, medical, or otherwise. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional judgement.
AI models can produce inaccurate or misleading outputs. We make no warranty as to accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
Access to the raw deliberation dataset — full model-level outputs, per-step JSON, vote scoring data, and bulk archive downloads — requires a licence from the Institute. See Data Licensing Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Council of Thinkers Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
